The pairing is not traditional — a figurine and a bracelet were never sold together. It is a commercial decision, and we would rather describe it as one: the figurine alone reads as a desk ornament, which is hard to give as a present, and adding the bracelet gives it a use. Both pieces are our standard items at their standard quality, boxed.
The Pixiu is the dragon's ninth son in the folklore, described with a mouth that opens for money and no way to release it, and it is depicted holding coins or an ingot. That is the story the card tells, in about 150 words, along with where it appears in Chinese sources.
We do not call this a limited edition, and it is not one. If the figurine or the bracelet is out of stock individually, the set notes it at checkout rather than silently substituting an alternative.
