Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship physical items to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR (China) and Taiwan (China). The full list is always shown at checkout, and shipping rates differ by region — see the table below. Digital items need no shipping — they’re unlocked in your account and sent by email, wherever you are.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays in the US and bank holidays in the UK). After dispatch:

Method Est. transit after dispatch
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia
Est. transit after dispatch
Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR (China), Taiwan (China)
Express about 7 business days about 7 business days

Transit time is counted from dispatch, not from the moment you place the order. Customs clearance, where applicable, can add to the time in transit; see “Customs & duties” below.

Carrier delays (weather, customs) are outside our control, but we’ll help track down any stalled package.

Shipping costs

Digital-only orders have no shipping charge. For physical items you pick your delivery method during checkout and the exact fee is shown in your total before you pay. Rates differ by region:

Method United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR (China), Taiwan (China)
Express US$19.90 US$9.90

Free delivery: orders of US$99.00 or more (after any discount code) ship free on our standard service. Choosing a faster service only costs the difference between the two.

Fees are set by the store and may be updated at any time; the rate shown at checkout always applies to your order. All items are shipped with tracking.

Customs & duties

Physical items ship from China. Digital content is delivered electronically and never passes through customs.

United States

US orders ship from China. The US$800 duty-free de minimis allowance no longer applies to parcels shipped from abroad, so import duties and a carrier clearance fee may be charged when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and your carrier, not by us. They are not included in your order total, we cannot estimate them in advance, and they are the buyer’s responsibility.

United Kingdom

For UK orders, VAT applicable to your order is already included in the price shown at checkout, so no VAT is due on delivery. Orders above the UK customs threshold may still attract import duty, which is the recipient’s responsibility.

Hong Kong SAR, China

Hong Kong SAR is a free port and generally levies no import duty or VAT on jewellery and similar consumer goods. In the great majority of cases you will pay nothing beyond the price shown at checkout.

Singapore

Singapore grants GST relief on goods imported by air or post with a CIF value of S$400 or less. We are not registered for GST in Singapore, so orders below that threshold normally attract no GST at all — neither at checkout nor on delivery. Orders above S$400 may have GST collected by the carrier on arrival.

Malaysia

Malaysia generally does not levy import duty or sales tax on low-value personal imports below its de minimis threshold. If a parcel does attract a charge, the carrier will collect it on delivery.

Taiwan, China

Parcels with a dutiable value of NT$2,000 or less are exempt from customs duty and business tax. Note the frequency rule: the exemption applies to at most 6 such parcels per recipient per half-year (January–June and July–December, counted separately). Beyond that, duty and tax apply to the full value. If a charge is due, the carrier will collect it on delivery.

Everywhere else

Orders delivered outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Any such charges are levied by the carrier on arrival and are the recipient’s responsibility — we do not collect them and cannot estimate them in advance.

We ship DDU (delivered duty unpaid): any duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees are billed by the carrier on delivery rather than collected by us at checkout. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because these charges weren’t paid, it comes back to us — we’ll refund the items minus the original delivery cost (see “Undeliverable packages” below). If you’d rather know the full landed cost before ordering, contact us and we’ll tell you what we can.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivery but the package hasn’t arrived within 3 business days, or the item arrives damaged, contact us at support@qiluck.com within 30 days. We’ll replace or refund after a short carrier investigation. See also our Refund & Return Policy.

Undeliverable packages

If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we’ll email you. You can pay to have it re-sent, or we’ll refund the items minus the original delivery cost.
