How long does delivery take?
We currently ship physical items to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR (China), Taiwan (China). If your country is not on that list, checkout will not offer a delivery option for it.
We pack and hand orders to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Transit time after dispatch:

Is this fortune-telling?
No. We treat the Five Elements and BaZi as a cultural tradition about two thousand years old — something to think with, not a set of predictions. We call tradition tradition, and we don’t promise luck, health or money.
How does the element quiz work?
Five questions about how you tend to respond to things. It takes about a minute and gives you one of five elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal or Water — with a short profile in plain English. No birth date needed. The result itself is free, though you do need a free account for it to be saved somewhere — and creating one gives you two saved quiz results. Any keepsake order adds three more, and once your lifetime orders reach $100 the quiz is unlocked for good.
What do I get with a member reading?
Every free account includes one member reading — a written profile for one area of life (love, work, money, rest or family): what the tradition associates with your element there, where those ideas come from, and a few small changes you could try. It’s saved to your account to revisit any time. Readings are a member benefit, not something we sell on their own.
What are the keepsakes made of?
Each product page lists the exact materials and measurements, so you can check before you buy — natural stones like black obsidian, nephrite jade, citrine and tiger’s eye; red-string cord bracelets; solid brass desk ornaments and hangings. Where a stone has been treated (much citrine is heat-treated amethyst, for example) we say so on the label. They’re decorative keepsakes, not charms, and we make no claims about them beyond that.

We ship physical items to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR (China) and Taiwan (China). What is your return policy?
30-day returns on all physical items, and free returns if something arrives damaged or faulty. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Can I send a keepsake as a gift?
Yes — every order can ship to a different address, and the parcel contains no pricing. Pick the piece whose story fits the person; the product pages tell the story behind each one.
How do I stop receiving emails?
Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe any time at /unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is immediate and respected permanently.
Do I get tracking?
Yes — every parcel ships with tracking, and we email you the number as soon as it is on its way. Your element reading is not a shipment: it is a free member benefit, saved to your account the moment you finish the quiz.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Yes. Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return postage is on us if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Your element reading costs nothing and is not a purchase, so there is nothing to refund on that side.

Do I need to give my birth date?
The element quiz does not ask for your birth date: five questions are enough. Adding one is optional — it unlocks the Four Pillars section of your profile, which is calculated from your birth moment. You can keep and use a quiz result without ever entering a date.

What do you do with my birth details?
