How does the element quiz work?
Five questions about how you tend to respond to things. It takes about a minute and gives you one of five elements — Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal or Water — with a short profile in plain English. No birth date needed. Seeing your result is free; saving your full profile to your account costs 99¢, and a full reading is free with any $50 order.
What do I get with a paid reading?
A written profile for one area of life (love, work, money, rest or family): what the tradition associates with your element there, where those ideas come from, and a few small changes you could try. It’s saved to your account and emailed to you.
What are the keepsakes made of?
Each product page lists the exact materials and measurements, so you can check before you buy — the bracelet is jade beads on elastic, the candle is a soy wax blend in a glass jar, the stone is glazed ceramic, the pendant is stainless steel, and the crystal is tinted glass. They’re decorative keepsakes, not charms, and we make no claims about them beyond that.
What is your return policy?
Physical items: 30-day returns, and free returns if something arrives damaged or faulty. Digital readings: because they are delivered instantly, they can’t be returned — but if anything is wrong, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Can I give a reading as a gift?
Yes — choose the “Gift a Reading” option on any reading. We email the recipient a personal claim link; they take the quiz and unlock the reading themselves.
How do I stop receiving emails?
Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe any time at /unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is immediate and respected permanently.
Can I cancel or return a digital reading?
Physical items can be returned within 30 days. Digital readings are different: when you buy one you agree to immediate delivery, which means the 14-day cancellation right ends once the reading is unlocked. If something goes wrong with a reading, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
What is your returns policy?
Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is on us if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. See our Refunds page for the full process.
Is this fortune-telling?
No. We write readings as cultural interpretation of the Five Elements and BaZi, in the same spirit as reading about your zodiac sign in a newspaper. Nothing on this site predicts your future, and nothing here is medical, financial, legal or psychological advice.
Do I need to give my birth date?
The element quiz does not ask for your birth date: five questions are enough. A BaZi reading does need one, because the Four Pillars are calculated from your birth moment. You can use a quiz result on its own without ever entering a date.

What do you do with my birth details?
If you order a BaZi reading, we store your birth date and time to calculate your chart. We never sell your data, and you can delete your account and its element profile at any time from Account settings. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. We offer fast delivery (19.90 USD, approximately 7 working days). Digital products are free of shipping fees and can be accessed worldwide.
